Write to support@unhex.app. Include your iPhone model, iOS version and what you were doing. Never include your recovery phrase or private key.

Will Unhex ever ask for my recovery phrase?

Only on the import screen inside the app, when you choose to move a wallet into Unhex. Nobody from Unhex will ever ask for it by email, chat or social media. Anyone who does is a scammer.

Do I need to move my funds into Unhex?

No. Add any address or ENS name to watch it. Unhex lists its approvals and checks its health without a recovery phrase. To sign transactions in Unhex itself, you can create or import a wallet.

I signed something suspicious. What now?

Open Approvals and revoke everything you do not recognise. Revoking is a transaction and costs a small network fee. If a drainer may have had access to your recovery phrase, create a new wallet and move the remaining funds there.

What does “Limited analysis” mean?

Some checks could not run, for example the simulation or the contract details were unavailable. Missing data never counts as safe. Treat the request with extra care.

Which networks are supported?

Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, OP Mainnet and Polygon.

How do I report a scam site or address?

Send the link or the address to support@unhex.app.

Subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I lost my phone or my recovery phrase

Unhex cannot recover keys: they exist only on your device and in your recovery phrase. With the phrase you can restore the wallet in Unhex or any other wallet app.
